- 250 g mąki
- 4 łyżki cukru
- 125 g miękkiej margaryny
- 1 jajko
- 3 łyżki śmietany

Wszystkie składniki łączymy i zagniatamy ciasto.
Dzielimy ciasto na 4 kulki , każdą po kolei rozwałkowujemy podsypując obficie mąką ,bo ciasto bardzo się klei. Przecinamy jak na zdjęciu na 4 części.
Nakładamy odpowiednią ilość dżemu.
Zawijamy żeby powstały rogaliki. Ułożyć je na wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia blaszce. Piec 30 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni. Po upieczeniu posypać cukrem pudrem.
Niestety nie mogłam znaleźć nigdzie marmolady borówkowej w tabelach ,więc do obliczeń użyłam dżemu malinowego.
Jeden rogalik ma 111 kcal

Tłuszcze : 5 g
Węglowodany : 16 g
