Jeden z moich omletowych faworytów, to pewne! Nadaje się dla osób trenujących ,bo jest niskokaloryczny i zawiera dużo białka,a w smaku zachwyca! Do swojego użyłam jednego całego jajka i jednego białka, bo akurat zostało mi z wypieków. Polecam wypróbować, a jestem pewna, że zasmakuje. W przepisie podałam sól, ale tak naprawdę wędzony kurczak jest dość słony i nie trzeba dosalać omletu. Przepis na jedną porcję, która syci na naprawdę długo! Ciężko mi było ją dokończyć… ale było pyszne!
Składniki:
- 3-4 duże pieczarki
- 2 jajka ( lub białko+ jajko)
- łyżka startego sera żółtego (10-15 g)
- 1/3 dużej wędzonej piersi z kurczaka
- zioła prowansalskie/przyprawa do pizzy
- sól, pieprz
- oliwa (opcjonalnie)
Przygotować składniki. Wędzoną pierś z kurczaka pokroić w drobną kostkę i podsmażyć na suchej patelni z wszystkich stron około 10 minut. Pieczarki obrać ze skórki, pokroić lub zetrzeć w plasterki i udusić, ser zetrzeć na tartce na drobnych oczkach/
Jeśli macie dobrą patelnię to nie trzeba,ale jeśli nie to lekko wysmarujcie patelnię teflonową oliwą, wylejcie roztrzepane widelcem jajka, można teraz posolić i popieprzyć, ułożyć podsmażoną pierś z kurczaka i uduszone pieczarki, posypać ziołami prowansalskimi i posypać żółtym serem. Zakryć pokrywką i trzymać na małym ogniu przez około 7-10 minut.

Faktycznie wygląda pysznie. Uwielbiam takie dania;)
To chyba bardziej frittata niż omlet (omlet ma czyste ciasto i dodatki wewnątrz, przynajmniej tak mnie nauczono ;), w kazdym razie frittaty czy omlety to najlepsze szybkie dania jakie można przyrządzić. Dodatki dowolne, jajko, odrobina mąki/skrobii etc. i ulubione przyprawy. I wszystko zamyka się nawet w 200-400 kaloriach.
JA się strasznie biolki boję… Omlet wygląda pysznie, a mam w lodówce wędzonego indyka, myślisz, że wyjdzie? Tata mi zawsze powtarzał, że indyk to trudne mięso, wiec może i głupio, ale pytam 😛
jak dla mnie omlet świetny tylko ja wolę bez sera 😉 po prostu nie przepadam, za to reszta pycha !

Tak! Masz rację, zmienię nazwę, jakoś tak z przyzwyczajenia użyłam słowa omlet. O ile nie doda się tłustego mięsa jak boczek i nie usmaży na dużej ilości tłuszczu, jest to bardzo zdrowe i rzeczywiście niskokaloryczne danie 🙂
